This simple recipe is a real crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:
16 oz. sourdough bread (center hollowed out)
2 cups sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 green onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tb. Sarah Jane's Rocket Fuel Salsa
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Place bread loaf into a greased cast iron skillet or on greased baking sheet.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese.
Spoon mixture into bread opening allowing it to mound up above loaf.
Sprinkle top with reserved cheese and parsley.
Bake uncovered 22-25 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
Dip will ooze down over the side of bread loaf as it bakes.
Serve with remaining bread pieces or tortilla chips.
