This recipe can easily be substituted with boneless skinless chicken breast or pork chops, if you prefer.

Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil
Veggies of your choice (such as bell peppers & onions, or broccoli & carrots)
Shredded cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450*F. Drizzle 2 tsp olive oil in a roasting dish and swirl around.
Season turkey chops with a mix of 620 Blend Seasoning & Black Garlic Salt (or your favorite seasoning.)
Place turkey chops in oven and cook until turkey is no longer pink in the center, and the inner temp reads 165*F (about 8-10 minutes.)
While turkey chops are roasting, add your favorite veggies to the roasting dish and sauté until soft.
Once turkey chops & veggies are done, place veggies on top of turkey, cover with shredded cheese, and return to the oven until cheese is melted. ENJOY!
