This recipe is SIMPLE, quick, and versatile! Serve on its own; or use for tacos, enchiladas, or nachos!

Ingredients:
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cups Sarah Jane's Salsa (mild, medium, hot, rocket fuel, or black bean & corn)
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot and top with salsa.
Cook on high 4 hours, or low 6 hours.
The result is tender delicious chicken. Top with a dollup of sour cream and enjoy, OR shred chicken to use in tacos, enchiladas or nachos.
