Makes 6 servings of unbelievably delicious grass-fed beef burgers your family and friends will be asking for again and again! The sauce can be spread on top or used as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients:
6- Wholly Cow Market Grass-Fed Beef Hamburger Patties (1/2 lb. ea)
1/2 lb. Bacon
2 Large Yellow Onions
6 Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese (or your favorite flavor)
2 Tbs butter
SAUCE:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tbs Chile Sauce
1 Tbs Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbs Diced Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Stir, cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Coarsely chop onions & bacon into large pieces. Saute in skillet until onions are translucent and bacon is cooked. Keep warm until served.
Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook hamburger patties until medium. Add a slice of cheese to patties one minute before done. Keep warm until served
Melt butter in a large skillet and toast hamburger buns.
