Serve over a green salad with Vinaigrette Salad Dressing!

Ingredients:
2 lb Salmon (Steak or Filet)
1/4 cup fresh mint (torn)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425*F.
Place salmon in baking dish.
Mix together the jelly and mint. Spoon over salmon.
Place in oven and roast for 15 minutes, basting halfway through with juices.
