Pineapple Sauce for Chicken

Delicious on grilled chicken!

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter

• 1 tsp corn starch

• 1 tsp grated lemon peel

• 1/4 cup lemon juice

• 1/3 cup Brand's Fine Foods Pineapple Jalapeño Jelly

• 2 Tb. chopped onion

• 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce

• 1/4 tsp dried thyme

Directions:

1. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add cornstarch, blend, and add remaining ingredients.

2. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

3. Brush on chicken during the last 5 minutes of grilling time.

4. Heat remaining sauce and serve with chicken.
