Give your pork chops an extra kick!

Ingredients:
2 Tb. orange juice
1 Tb. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
4 bone-in pork loin chops
1 Tb vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the jelly, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper flakes; set aside.
In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides over medium-high heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes longer, or until no longer pink in the middle. Remove and keep warm.
Pour jelly mixture into skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over pork chops.
