This simple stir fry features a sweet & delicious sauce!

Ingredients:
1 boneless sirloin tip steak - 2 lb (fat trimmed and sliced into 1/4 inch thick strips)
1 Tb olive oil
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 navel orange (juice), plus zest from 1/2 orange
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
16 oz sugar snap peas
Optional: fresh mushrooms (sliced)
Optional: water chestnuts (drained)
Directions:
In a large skillet, add oil, then saute beef until browned on both sides.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Then simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is cooked through.
