Directions:
Thinly slice steak across the grain into small strips.
Sauté onions, steak, and garlic on medium heat until onions are tender, and steak is medium-well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sauté jalapeños in olive oil in a separate pan, season with salt and pepper.
Scrape meat to one side of the pan. Place cheese slices on meat to melt.
Toast buns on pan face down until slightly browned and crisp.
Slather mayonnaise on each bun. Build your Sandwich with buns, meat, peppers, and Enjoy!
