Recipe courtesy of Brand's Fine Foods

Ingredients:

  • 1 package rolled, refrigerated pie dough

  • Your favorite Brand's Jam or Jelly

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1-2 Tb milk

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400*F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Unroll pie dough onto a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll to 1/8" thick and cut the dough into 3"x4" rectangles.

  3. Lay half of the cut rectangles onto the parchment paper-lined pans. Place 2 Tb of your favorite Brand's Jam into the middle, and spread, leaving 1/2" empty on each side.

  4. Top with additional dough rectangle and press down sides, crimping with a fork to keep the pastry together.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until browned.

  6. Once cooled, whisk together powdered sugar and milk, and drizzle over the cooled pastries.
