Ingredients:

  • Phil's Farm Turkey Chops

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 Tb olive oil

  • 1 Tb butter (unsalted)

  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 Tb vinegar (rice wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or white vinegar)

  • Wild rice (prepared as directed)

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler or grill (med-high heat).

  2. Season Phil's Farm Turkey Chops with salt, pepper, & garlic powder.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat; sear turkey chops on both sides until golden brown and cooked through (4-5 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate and set aside.

  4. Melt butter in the same pan; sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

  5. Add honey, water, and vinegar. Continue to cook until the sauce begins to thicken (3-4 minutes), stirring occasionally.

  6. Add the turkey chops back into the pan; baste generously with the sauce.

  7. Broil or grill the turkey chops for about 1-2 minutes.

  8. Serve over a bed of wild rice.
