Makes 6+ servings.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. Beef Sirloin Steak (cut into 2" pieces)
2 medium red onions (cut into 2" chunks)
2 medium green or red peppers (cut into 2" chunks)
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
12 wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Directions:
Cut up your steak and vegetables into 2" chunks.
In a gallon bag (or bowl), prepare your marinade; mix fajita seasoning, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Mix well.
Place steak & veggies in bag (or bowl), and turn several times to evenly coat with marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Soak wooden skewers in water.
Preheat grill to medium heat; remove steak & vegetables from bag. Alternatively thread steak, onions, and peppers on skewers.
Grill for 10-15 minutes, until beef is cooked through, and vegetables are crisp-tender.
