Phil's Chocolate Pasta is a unique and delicious treat. Try it topped with these 2 sauces!

TO PREPARE CHOCOLATE NOODLES:
Cook 8 oz. of chocolate pasta in boiling water for 7-8 minutes.
Drain immediately, and run under cool water to stop cooking. Drain again.
Plate the chocolate pasta topped with Berry Balsamic Sauce & Cream Cheese Vanilla Cream.
Berry Balsamic Sauce:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup strawberries & blackberries (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup (3.5 oz) sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Dash of vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Place berries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar into a saucepan on the stovetop, turned to medium heat.
Gently stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Turn the heat to low; add vanilla and simmer for approx 15 minutes (until thick & syrupy).
Remove from heat and spoon over chocolate pasta, or reserve for later. (Leave to cool and then refrigerate)
Cream Cheese Vanilla Cream:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator, covered, for 2 days.
