About Us:
My name is Andrea and I am the creator of Sol Flour Sourdough. I'm Brazilian and, in my culture, cooking and sharing a rich table has always been a powerful love language. My culinary roots go back to Brazil, and my passion for baking inspires me to mix Brazilian flavors with American classics.
The name Sol Flour reflects my connection with the sun – its light, warm and energy, just like bread, which nourishes and brings people together. My brand carries this essence, bringing tradition, flavor and affection, so that each bread is more than a food – it is a little piece of light in someone's day.
Inspired by natural fermentation, we offer the community slow fermentation breads and focaccias, as well as artisanal bundt cakes.
