About Us:

Schoefield is a family owned business located at 12611 W 47th St So, Clearwater, KS. We raise a few hogs each year (8-10) and have them processed for sale at the main Kansas Grown Market. Our specialty is our family recipe German Style Sausage. Also popular is our bacon, shoulder bacon, breakfast strips (ground pork pressed into a loaf, cured, smoked and sliced like bacon), and ham steaks. Stroot Lockers does a great job curing these meats for us. Daughter Maria has developed quite a following for her cinnamon rolls, sweet breads, and her cookies. Each week finds a different flavored set of rolls than the week before including: plain, raisin, cherry almond, blueberry, apple cinnamon, orange, peach, raspberry, and pecan. Red Candy onions are our main vegetable crop along with some other veggies that happen to survive in the garden. Brother Mike from Chanute sometimes lets us sell some of his excess produce.
