Eck Agriculture

Eck Agriculture is a fourth-generation family farm located near Kingman, KS, currently managed by Darrin Eck, with help from his partner, Elizabeth Covington, DVM, and his three children, Peyton, Nathan, and Sophia. We have delicious, Red Angus beef for sale both as shares and sold by the retail cut. Our meat is processed as several area plants (Olpe Meat Locker, Krehbiels, and Kiowa Locker) that are state or federally licensed, producing the highest quality cuts. Our meat is always steroid and hormone-free; our animals are responsibly raised and ethically treated. We say “taste the difference” because we really believe there is a difference in our beef versus beef purchased from the grocery store. We have all the common cuts of steaks and roasts available, plus ground beef, and specialty items such as summer sausage, beef jerky, beef sticks, beef bacon, etc. We look forward to the opportunity to share our delicious beef with the Wichita community at the Kansas Grown Farmers Markets!
