About Us:

Chile Slinger has an award-winning spice level for everyone! Our Original, Chipotle, Fatalii Mustard, Habanero and Trinidad Scorpion sauces are all-natural, gluten-free and contain no corn syrup or MSG. Chile Slinger is the perfect choice for beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Chile Slinger sauces have won more than 50 international awards.

The recipes for all Chile Slinger sauces and seasonings were developed by Mark Chambers, based on his more than 40 years of smoking and grilling meats for family and friends. Mark was born and raised in Haysville, and has spent nearly all of his life in the greater Wichita area.

Along with his wife, Mary Beth, Mark started Chile Slinger in 2012. Today, you will find us sampling and selling at farmers markets, craft shows and, local and regional festivals and food shows. Look for us on the Ridge Road side of the market (Booth 60), mostly on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from April through August.
